Watching Friends when I see this

It's hard to tell, but that is a 2007+ Acura MDX and a Ford Crown Vic Taxi

I'm watching Episode 8 of Season 2 (on Netlfix), and I see this in the transition scene. Episode 8, Season 2 preimiered 1995.

I wonder why they added/changed a scene?

I was going with Friends came out in 1995 but actually takes place in 2015. The whole entire cast and crew are actually time travelling gods.

The HID lights caught me off, because I don't think anything in 1995 had them, espeically no SUVs. It wasn't until I paused I noticed the Crown Vic and parked cars.

Some of the original transitions still had the twin towers in which obviously bothers some people. Maybe this is to replace those?

I didn't exist in 1995 so I might be wrong with alot of cars. I'd assume some Benzes and BMWs had them too. I'm not sure any 1995 SUVs had them stock.
